Tired of the city life, Daniel and Nicole decided to change course, and after many thoughts, their taste for their region of origin, in Midi-Pyrénées and particularly for the mountains, guided them towards Luchon. The Villa Florida seduced them at once by its architecture and its surroundings..

The big work which awaited did not stop them. Sleeves were tucked up during 18 months in plasters, plumbing, painting, decoration and other pleasures, sometimes just the both of them, sometimes with the local craftsmen, sometimes with the friends and often with the family. They went through big moments of stress, optimism, pessimism, forgot the meaning of "holidays" but never stopped holding on to their dream coming true.
